We use a controlled soft-wash process under 1000 PSI with the correct cleaning solution that removes dirt, mold, and algae without harming the surface. Same clean result, zero damage.

Yes. Efflorescence is mineral salt pushing up through concrete, pavers, and block, and it does not come off with plain water. We treat it with F9 Efflo, a remover made specifically for it, then rinse. For surfaces that keep blooming we can talk through a sealer to slow it down.
